World Cerebral Palsy Day on 6 October was created by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance in 2012 and brings together people living with CP, their families and allies across the world with the aim to ensure a future where those with cerebral palsy have the same rights, access and opportunities as anyone else in our society. Each year, people across the world come together to celebrate and support those living with this highly misunderstood disabilities, to embrace diversity and to help forge a more accessible future for everyone.
The theme for this years World Cerebral Palsy Day is “Millions of Reasons” and the search is on to find the next breakthrough in accessible technology through the help of the cerebral palsy community made up of millions of individuals with creative ideas and lived experiences.
Join us here at Daehan Rehabilitation Hospital Putrajaya as we celebrate and support these individuals with CP and do our part in creating a better, connected and more accessible world.
